Opening Times: 7 days a week 10am to 5pm

All sessions are for 2 hours and are on a 1st come 1st served basis. You may not be asked to leave after 2 hours if we are quiet.

We do not offer pre-book sessions or reserve space or tables.

Tables and Chairs only reserved for Arc Parties. Children must be supervised by parents at all time. Last admission is 4.30pm.

Prices & Information

Not just a play space - kids can play under a huge Dragon and Phoenix and surrounded by beautiful giant flowers. With a dedicated Toddler Zone for the little ones and a 3 story high frame for the bigger ones, theres something for everyone!

Open every day 10am - 5pm and offering discounts for Members of The Arc, the play space is supported by a great cafe where our chef Rhys and his team offer a mouth-watering selection of freshly prepared breakfasts, lunches and snacks, authentic coffee and delicious cakes! We also have free WiFi so you can unwind (or work if you really have to!) while your kids can play and let their hair down!

The Arc offers a private Special Needs Soft Play session every Monday (including half terms!) from 5.15pm - 6.30pm, where children with special needs and their families, can come and play safely and have fun! Entry is £4.00 per child, plus £1.00 per sibling and adult.
